Good experience at Toyota dealership I went in to get a quote on 2 trade-ins yesterday with no intention of buying a new car. I just wanted a quote and to see what was available. I spok I went in to get a quote on 2 trade-ins yesterday with no intention of buying a new car. I just wanted a quote and to see what was available. I spoke with a salesman named Luis Martinez. Luis made my experience a very positive one. He was friendly, informative, professional and definitely not pushy. That's a big turn off. He listened carefully to what I was looking for and was able to find the perfect car for me. So, yes I did end up buying a car. I believe that's the sign of a good salesman. An even better sign is that I feel like I got a good deal and would definitely recommend the Toyota dealership in Hartford and Luis Martinez to all my friends and family. There can't be a better experience! I find it hard to imagine that I would purchase a car anywhere else. Once again I went in and explained what I was looking for and within less than an I find it hard to imagine that I would purchase a car anywhere else.
