Even though it was warranty work, they still got me in quickly and had it done quickly even though the first replacement parts were incorrect. There was some miscommunications due to the person I normall quickly and had it done quickly even though the first replacement parts were incorrect. There was some miscommunications due to the person I normally worked with leaving the company, so time to start a new relationship with the new guys. As for the dealer itself, well, let me tell you. Great guys. If they could get me what I was looking for, they do it at a price I like. Highly recommend Harvard Ford. I didn't work with any of the sales people listed so ignore that rating, won't let me post without it. More
