We purchased a Lexus from Harvey in February. We asked to look at two specific cars. When we got there we were told the GS was buried in the snow, but we could look at the other one. We ended up buying the RX, but it was not clean inside or out. It was covered in snow. The gas tank was empty. I've never bought a car from a dealer that wasn't prepped and never have been told they couldn't be bothered to get a car out of the snow. To be fair the salepeople had to dig the car out of the snow. There was a porter washing cars in the wash bay, but nobody to get the cars ready.
When I brought my battery in for warranty they let me wait for 5 hours before they gave us a loaner because their tester was giving bad readings. The next day I had a list of other things they could sell me, but they would not warranty the battery. I get their tester needs to say the battery is bad, but I didn't need to know everything else they wanted to sell me. I just wanted my car back. The service writer. Coreen was rude, curt, and not professional
