Christopher Johnson is amazing. I called and setup an appointment for my Buick, 30,000 mile check up. I advised the person three times I needed to be able to pick up the car the s I called and setup an appointment for my Buick, 30,000 mile check up. I advised the person three times I needed to be able to pick up the car the same day, as it is almost a 2 hour trip up and back. I was given Monday the 18th at 2:00pm. And assured they stay open until 7 and I could pick up the car at that time. When I arrived Chris was the Service agent to help me. He advised me that his workers leave at 4:30pm and it would be impossible to get the car back at 7. Chris advised me he would reschedule the car to any day that worked for me. He also stated that he would use this as a training issue with the person that had made the appointment. I told him I was coming back on Thursday, he setup the appointment and arranged a rental that was paid for. I was promished the car would be done at 5, Chris gave me his phone number, for any concerns I had during the day, and the car was done at 5. He made a horrible situation turn out amazing. I can never thank him enough! He even gave me his card, so that I can call him to make future appointments! Chris is an outstanding employee, again thank you Chris for all you did! More
