Came in to get a security code for my '07 Classic 2500HD Sierra, the wife saw an '08 VW Jetta, we've been thinking of getting a car for the kids to learn in. I hate buying vehicles just because it's so time Sierra, the wife saw an '08 VW Jetta, we've been thinking of getting a car for the kids to learn in. I hate buying vehicles just because it's so time consuming, the only thing worse is buying a cellphone. Not today however; Hazelwood made this an amazing experience. Not only did we buy a VW Jetta we found this beautiful 2016 Sierra Denali and we were able to trade in our '07 Suburban & '07 Sierra Classic, the Classic was taken on trade using a blind appraisal and I can honestly say I was given my asking price no questions or bickering about it. Hazelwood employees were amazing, I never once felt pressure, we drove the Denali home even though we had not delivered the '07 Classic, the salesperson followed us home 25 minutes up the freeway after 8pm to pickup a personal check for down payment on the Denali in addition to a personal check for full payment of the VW. Yes it still took the usual 2 or 3 hours to get it all done, but it was a fast 3 hours. Jeremiah, our salesperson, personally unloaded nearly 500lbs of horse & chicken feed from the Suburban to the Denali while we wrapped up the paperwork. I could go on but I believe if you're still reading this you are as amazed as my wife and are. I was finally able to deliver the '07 Sierra this afternoon, nearly 24 hours after closing the deal and not once did I get call asking me where the trade-in was or why it hadn't been delivered yet. Thx Hazelwood! Best car buying experience ever!! More
