I was greeted by John Souza as soon as I walked into the show room. He guided me through the paperwork, was very professional, easy to talk to, and exhibited zero pressure. John introduced me to the finance people, got the car cleaned up, and gassed up as I completed the paperwork. Overall, it was a very friendly, welcoming, and efficient experience.
