I tried to insist that common sense and the owners manual both state a regular schedule for rotation to ensure even wear. Not waiting for uneven wear to appear and then rotate. He still refused. My truck has 28,000 miles now and should have had the tires rotated 2 times at least. I asked him to assure me in writing that the tire and car warranty won't be voided by not doing required maintenance. He declined I guess I will pay for a tire place to rotate them. Another problem was I asked for the tires to be inflated to the recommended 35 lbs cold. I was assured they were when I got in the truck the TPS indicated the 4 tires ranged from 28 to 31 lbs cold since the truck had been there over night. I asked and was told the TPS is never correct and to not go by that. I can only assume Aaron thinks women are too stupid to know about cars. I can assure I am not More
Extraordinary Service I needed to service my Buick before leaving on an extended road trip the next day. I really didn't expect to be able to get a maintenance appointment I needed to service my Buick before leaving on an extended road trip the next day. I really didn't expect to be able to get a maintenance appointment but decided to give it a try anyway. To my surprise I not only was able to get an appointment but the service advisor got my car in and out within the time promised. Cameron (my service advisor) is beyond compare. More

RIP! RIPI RIPI I have a new Buick Encore and every time I've taken it in for and oil change it has taken two hours with and appointment and I've been treated like a I have a new Buick Encore and every time I've taken it in for and oil change it has taken two hours with and appointment and I've been treated like a second class citizen. The last time I had my husband take it in for the oil change he was told he had to bring in the car at 15000,00 mile for a motor check and pay $250.00 out our pocket. No such thing. Rip Rip Rip! Needless to say they will never see us again. More

Finance was horrible and no owners manual I did not like my experience with this dealership. I got the car I wanted picked out and sat down to talk about finance. When I went into the office t I did not like my experience with this dealership. I got the car I wanted picked out and sat down to talk about finance. When I went into the office they wanted me to sign without knowing at all what my monthly payments would be or even what bank I was going through. It was horrible. If I wasn't aware, they would of just signed me into some contract that had a ridiculous interest rate and high monthly payments. I shoud of walked then. Too bad I loved this car. Also they don't pay any attention when cleaning out the car. They left personal information from the previous owner in the glove box. And there was no owners manual. I called to ask about getting one and all they had to say was that I could buy one on Amazon or download one online to my phone. All I wanted after spending so much money was a book. But they didn't even care. I just wanted a book so if something went wrong with my phone I would still be able to reference it. I am so disappointed with how they treated me after I had already bought it. I didn't think that was so much to ask for. I'll be sure not to recommend them ever again. I would give them two stars but it says 'fair' and I wouldn't rate my experience even that high. More
