We connected with Mike Lidstrom in sales and gave him our punch list of what we wanted in a car (SUV). Our very picky and specific punch list was delivered in a perfect pearl white Acadia Denali, He nailed it! EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED. The process from sales through finance was seamless and stress free. Not professional Took GMC truck in for problem with HVAC system locking up. Had to return multiple times and problem was never resolved. Seems they never gave it a comprehensive approach, it was always bring it back and we will try the next item. Never an explanation why this was not looked at throughly during the first few visits. Two times when I went to pick up vehicle they failed to fully reassemble dash or reconnect radio. Most times I email or call service rep I get no response until I contact a second or third time, always the same excuse.......been busy. They offered a possible refund of original service cost,....but once again, this seems to have gone no where despite multiple calls and emails. More

Chad Bass was absolutely a gentleman with a good sense of humor and dedication to his job. I generally dread going to car dealerships, but Chad did not make my wife nor I feel like we were being pushed, and Lucas did a very good job of explaining the whole process of the contract and warranties. The whole team there at Haselwood really did go out of their way to accommodate us. We did not get to the dealership until 6:30 in the evening. They all stayed until well after closing hours to make sure we were satisfied. And we were and are very satisfied and yes my wife really does love her new Equinox. By the time I managed to get down there they had the thing diagnosed--a cracked fuel filter housing caused a lack of fuel pressure, rather rare--and had they the part it would have been fixed. It took overnight to get the part. I had no appointment yet they were completely accommodating. Their "Auto Group" includes other brands as well. I have never purchased a car from them, but I take all my vehicles there and have always been well-treated. This time it was a little more stressful than most and they did very well. More
