Their customer service is over and beyond what you would expect and they don't pressure you into a sale. They make the experience in buying a vehicle nice and actually fun. Buying a car is not most of the time, the most pleasant of life experiences. Paula made it one, a pleasant experience that is. This was our first time purchasing a car from Haselwood. Our experience, from beginning to end, was very pleasant. We had it in our minds that we were going to get the usual salesman, like we've had from other dealers, that would be pushy and not listen to what we wanted/needed and didn't want/need, and that they would be trying to sell us what they needed to get sold. Logan Howarth was incerdible! He went out of his way to make sure we were in the vehicle that we desired. He was kind, patient,he truly wanted us to be happy all around. And we are! Every single person that we came in contact with at Haslewood was very friendly. Everyone made sure that we had been helped and/or asked if we needed anything. After the paper work was complete,(the gentlemen that helped us with the paper work made that painless.), another employee made sure what we understood all of the "bells & whistles" on our new vehicle.
