Well I went to Haselwood for a 4x4 and Kris Hern,was very nice and helped me to get a great deal on just the right vehicle,but when it came to signining the papers for the vehicle Michael Crowley,Finance Man nice and helped me to get a great deal on just the right vehicle,but when it came to signining the papers for the vehicle Michael Crowley,Finance Manager was very nasty about cashing my check that I had specfically asked him not to cash until i was sure it would clear the bank and he agreed not to but cashed it 5 days earlier than what he said he would in which it cost me in Over-Draft charges $1800.00,so I would not recommend HIM to anyone for anything.As for Rich,the Service Dept.Manager I would trust him with anything on my vehicle as I know it would be fixed properly and I would get called and told what was going on with my vehicle.And then there is Tony Raffaelli,Floor Manager He treated me with the utmost respect and he was very helpful and kind to me and I really think he is a wonderful person with a great personality .I would DEFINITLY recommend that all my family and freinds talk to him when looking to buy a car because he knows how to treat his customers.He was my SAVIOR,literally. This dealership is amazing. I purchased a Cobalt back in January from a dealer in Texas and the car turned out to be a total Lemon. After several trips into the service department for several different issu January from a dealer in Texas and the car turned out to be a total Lemon. After several trips into the service department for several different issues and 2 months of fighting with General Motors, I finally decided it was time to get rid of that car and get into something safer. It was a challenge, but the team (namely Tony Raffaelli and a few others) worked their butts off to help me get a new car and they succeeded. The customer service is great, they really make you feel like you are a personal friend, not just a customer. I highly recommend this dealership! More

My recent visit to your dealership was a very pleasant experience! And that's saying a lot coming from me! I HATE to shop for a new car. I HATE the pushy, coercive attitude and the demand for immediate experience! And that's saying a lot coming from me! I HATE to shop for a new car. I HATE the pushy, coercive attitude and the demand for immediate commitment. Well, there was none of that at Hazelwood. Tony Raffaelli immediately made my wife and I feel very at ease and it wasn't long before we felt like good friends. Tony gave us the impression that his entire day was devoted to our Cruze test drive and answering our myriad of questions. There was never a push to commit to anything. And this gentleman was extremely knowledgeable of his product line. To top-off our experience, this was the very first time I have had a sales person tout a competitor's automobile that we were also considering. How refreshing! I haven't owned a GM product for 15 years, but that may be about to change. We may be back to the dealership within the next couple of weeks to buy a Cruze and I will tell you that the influence of the positive experience of our first visit may be the deciding factor. We had made an appointment based off of an email we recieved for a promotion. We walked into Chevy and was greeted by a very nice, down to earth and easy going man named Tony. It was the most pleasurable experience buying a car from him! This is an experience I hope to repeat in the future and we are recommening everyone we know to go see him! There was never a moment of tense, stressed unhappiness. It was nice all the way through. We really enjoyed eatting our lunch there while all the people behind the scenes worked hard to get us a good deal. We will be back in the future and we can only hope Tony Raffaelli will still be working there! More

The entire sales team was great and tried their very best to please us! We also really appreciated our personal sales associate Julianna, who worked with us for hours at the Kia dealership up the street, and to please us! She never gave up and she continued to remain positive through and through. Her excitment and enthusisam helped the process feel easier and more hassel-free. Also, she acknowledged every member of our family by their first name on multiple occassions, and that really demonstrated a personal level of sincerity on her part. All together, the experience at Haselwood was a nice one. We got a deal that was close to what we were looking for and our new car is amazing! We will continue to refer friends and family your way!
