Thanks for asking. Ms. Chloe was very nice, knew her knowledge of cars, in my case she inquired about my 2006 chevy Silverado, asked all the right questions. Listed my options, besides all that she seemed to care, which made a huge difference in my decision. I will be back to hopefully get the GMC canyon because of her. Working out details with my USAA insurance. Thanks.

Everyone deserves a second chance, unfortunately the Haselwood Chevrolet Service department blew that too. I will go anywhere else. In 2018 I had my very new Volt towed to Haselwood because it was the closest Chevy dealer on this side of the Sound. The car would not start, and had been going into generator mode constantly before that. The Service folks simply rebooted the car and gave in back to me - they fixed nothing. Ultimately, after getting stuck again, I had to take the car to Burien Chevrolet where they determined a portion of the battery had failed and needed to be replaced under warranty. I had decided to give Haselwood one more shot ... for a routine oil change. The appointment was made via the "myChevrolet" app and I received confirmations (2) from Haselwood. The appointment was for today, and I was delayed leaving the house, so I called to say I might be 15 minutes late. Long story short, they had no appointment for me. I should note that I called them using the phone link provided in the confirmation email. I had originally thought Haselwood was just not well versed in Electric cars, but now I realize that the Service organization is simply disorganized and lacking in competence.

"Worst Dealership and Service Center"

If you want to deal with crooks, then by all means shop here. The dealership and service center is the most crooked people I've ever dealt with. They actually covered up mold evidence in my car so that they could blame the issue on their customer. I will never do business with these people again and for that matter will never buy a GM product ever again. Pathetic group of people. Stay away!!

""This is not the way we do business" WRONG!!!"

This is exactly how you handle your customers! Our Chevy Volt grew MOLD all over the front and back seats after winter snow storms! After taking in to find the cause and have it remedied we were told it needed to be detailed before anyone felt safe getting in it to work. They told us we needed to approve the detailing for them to move forward but not to worry because we most likely would not be charged since it leaked. The next day they called saying it that the mold had been "cleaned" and that we needed to come pick it up and pay $200!!! A car with mold is NOT fixed with a rag! BAIT and SWITCH! This is an attempt to put the responsibility on us. They even had the nerve to suggest we must have left the windows down in the middle of winter in Washington! Or that my husband left his wet swim trunks 😂 (again, winter in Washington!) in the backseat of his commuter car! That did not happen. This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. We have been loyal GM customers. I own a GMC Yukon and were in the market for a Sierra pickup, but will never buy another vehicle from them and will not be able to recommend them in the future like I have in the past. Instead I will tell people our horror story.

I decided to bring it to Haselwood and have nothing but good things to say about their service dept. Today I worked with Parker, he went above and beyond to make things happen for me. I’m also in customer service, and a business owner myself. What a pleasure it was to work with him. Hes a keeper! 5 stars all day long from me! Krissy

What a pleasure it was to work with Parker Drathman! He has a wonderful personality, handles a busy service environment well, has excellent customer services skills & follow up, and a fantastic attention to detail. He took care of all aspects of my service, helped set up a return ride to work, and helped to set up a rental while my vehicle was in service overnight. He even located my active pre paid maintenance plan when I thought it was expired! He goes that extra mile every time I come in and I really appreciate that.
