It was great as it just in the nick of time for the holidays and my wife's upcoming surgery as our previous vehicle was totaled in an accident 2 weeks prior. Fast forward to 2 weeks later, the manager texts me and states thar he is sorry he cannot get a bank approval because of my workers comp. Mind you, he stated he can help me and gave me the car for 2 weeks. He came today and took the car, causing extra stress and unnecessary inconvenience in our lives. Now we are car less and unable to go to life saving surgery that is planned. I will NEVER recommend this dealership and will continue to share my experience with all of my networks both online and offline worldwide. After leaving this review on multiple platforms they called and said they feel bad so I can get the car back if I want as they can speak with the higher ups and to change my review. The audacity! What's worst is them reselling the car as brand new after we put 850+ miles on it. Smh save your money and go elsewhere as I have! More

It started out as a bad experience because I drove up there from south of Tumwater in the rain and wind thinking I was getting a Costco deal per an email from Lora Zinter, from your internet department. there from south of Tumwater in the rain and wind thinking I was getting a Costco deal per an email from Lora Zinter, from your internet department. When I showed Anthony the email and price sticker he told me there were more extras on the car I chose and therefore it was not a Costco car for sale. I asked why did Lora send me that email and he took a picture of it and went to talk to a manager. He came back and said it did not qualify as a Costco deal, needless to say I was not pleased because I would not have driven up there otherwise. But Anthony was very pleasant and understanding of my anger and showed us the car, explained that there was no charge over MSRP, and tried to explain the extras that were included which was not on the sticker price. Since my wife and I liked the car and the price, we decided to stay there and purchase the car despite my disappointment in the original email. Anyway, I just want to say that if it wasn't for Anthony and Don, the finance manager we probably would have left without purchasing the car. Kudos to their patience, politeness and making us feel like friends! More
