I have never encountered a friendlier employee at any dealership. Usually the paperwork process to purchase a car is so grueling and mundane, but Don at Haselwood was like hanging out with your favorite dealership. He seemed to really care about our family and learning about the people who would be driving the car. He was so knowledgeable and friendly and very patient as we needed certain paperwork clarified.
