We were given incorrect info regarding a Ford recall for the Ford Escape. When I contacted the VW service center Brittany and two others at the dealership sent me to they knew nothing, but were kind enough the Ford Escape. When I contacted the VW service center Brittany and two others at the dealership sent me to they knew nothing, but were kind enough to help me get to the correct service center (Ford), make me an appointment and work with me to arrange the required repairs. Calls to Brittany were not returned. I did not feel well served by Britteny and the other young lady who assisted with our purchase as they gave me incorrect info re where the needed repair was to be done.. Causing me a confusing time trying to finalize the promised repairs. However the help I obtained from the VW service dept went far towards redeeming your reputation for customer service. As a long term customer, I'd hope for better customer service. More

Was a very good experience. There was no pressure and good questions were asked on why I wanted specific features. The test ride has a good course for corners acceleration and highway access.
