So this is not a fake review or an advertisement. I purchased a new 2021 Venue it's a great car! My sailsman was Tyler he did a great job and was easy to talk to. He helped me through the sails process without ever being pushy, and advised me on my options instead of trying to upsell me. Taylor let my needs be a priority. This by far my best car purchase experience ever. After a test drive, and going over options l knew that this car was the one l wanted l spoke to Mike the New Car Manager. I was prepared for the back and forth car sales stuff we all hate. No this place is different Mike was fun to talk to and l felt like he was on my side to getting a great car at a great price. I purchased a Hyundai because I purchased one for my wife 11 years ago and it still runs like new. I am extremely happy with the Venue, and with Hazelwood Hyundai. These people still have great customer service!!! In this modern world l thought that was dead. I'm happy to say it's not. If you're reading this and you need a car do yourself a favor and go to Hazelwood Hyundai and ask for Tyler. Not much else to say, have a good one. More
