Cat was very patient and informative. I drove 2 different Hyundai’s before I purchased a 2020 Tucson. Very unhappy with the Costco Auto Program since the dealership had not been notified of my appointment time and the Hyundai Santa Fe that I had requested was not available. Although the staff at the dealership was very accommodating, the ball was really dropped by the person that contacted me from the Costco Auto Program. This is the third Hyundai that I have purchased through this program so I was greatly disappointed with the lack of communication between the program and the dealership. More

Dawn was great, but the service is a bit lacking. Paying attention to detail is a key to success. We bought two 2020 Kona’s as we watched them be detailed they had 3 people working on them and two of girls attention to detail is a key to success. We bought two 2020 Kona’s as we watched them be detailed they had 3 people working on them and two of girls were just standing and chatting while the guy was working. We got our cars and they were not detailed the way a new car should be. After spending 43,000 dollars on vehicles I would expect better ? Also both cars were missing their cargo trays and it’s been 3 weeks since they said it was ordered? A vehicle that is on your lot brand new should have had everything it said it had !! I was truly hoping that this time would have been a better experience then other experiences I have had with dealerships? Now I’m left wondering? I truly hope you or whoever reads this will correct the wrongs and make it right. The feeling we are left with is people are just there for the paycheck and I see a lot of that in this generation. Compassion and professionalism is what your dealership should be about. Making sure that your customers know exactly how to operate all the features the vehicle has. We should not have had to go home and figure it out on our own. We are happy to have brand new cars but will try to find a different way in the future when it comes to buying cars again.
