Haselwood Volkswagen Hyundai

We went to Haselwood because of they do not mark up their cars. We stayed with Haselwood because of Ellie. We wanted to test drive vehicles that were as close to the 2022 hybrids as we could find as we wanted to replace our expiring lease. We fell in love with the Sonata and made a deposit. Because Ellie was so wonderful to work with, we decided to talk with her about replacing our other lease. We test drove some more cars and I found the car I've always wanted: A VW Jetta. We had to leave, but we made a deposit and came back to complete the paperwork. Unfortunately, we didn't get work with Ellie as she was with another customer, but we knew we wanted the car. Then, we got to meet Don. He was great as well! We've purchased or leased 8 cars over the past 20 years and Don is the first financial person that I did not feel pressure from to purchase and extras. I sincerely felt he was giving us information about warranties, etc, but never felt as if he was trying to sell us something we didn't need. Our only negative during this transaction was with Kia. But as long as you never lease a Kia, you'll be fine. Even then, the folks at Haselwood made it a little less painful than it needed to be. You'll be taken care of at Haselwood. You'll be in great hands with Ellie. More
