Aaron is an amazing person, he was really kind, personable, and caring. He checked on the car facts and answered questions we had about the car. However, everyone else that we encountered made the experience very exhausting and draining. We went into the dealership at 10:30am and did not leave until around 5:00pm. We had specifically asked for my credit not to be run because I already had a loan; but it was run anyway. The general manager, Chris Williamson, did not seem to treat his employees respectfully either. He did not take any responsibility or offer any compensation for running my credit against my wishes and instead said if I didn't want that to happen in the future I should exclude personal information like my social security number from the form I was told I needed to complete. I felt that the financial advisor, Edwin, cared more about the deal than my best interest. Although it was a long process, I am happy with my purchase. I also want to reiterate that my experience with Aaron was great. His kindness and support truly helped me get through this experience. Thank you Aaron! (: More
