Aaron is an amazing person, he was really kind, personable, and caring. He checked on the car facts and answered questions we had about the car. However, everyone else that we encountered made the personable, and caring. He checked on the car facts and answered questions we had about the car. However, everyone else that we encountered made the experience very exhausting and draining. We went into the dealership at 10:30am and did not leave until around 5:00pm. We had specifically asked for my credit not to be run because I already had a loan; but it was run anyway. The general manager, Chris Williamson, did not seem to treat his employees respectfully either. He did not take any responsibility or offer any compensation for running my credit against my wishes and instead said if I didn't want that to happen in the future I should exclude personal information like my social security number from the form I was told I needed to complete. I felt that the financial advisor, Edwin, cared more about the deal than my best interest. Although it was a long process, I am happy with my purchase. This is our second vehicle purchased at Haselwood Hyundai. Everyone at Haselwood Hyundai is fantastic! My salesman Aaron was one of the nicest guys I’ve met. He is a pretty funny guy, which made the Hyundai. Everyone at Haselwood Hyundai is fantastic! My salesman Aaron was one of the nicest guys I’ve met. He is a pretty funny guy, which made the test drive pretty hilarious at times. Not only did he make it easy to do the deal, but I forgot my keychain with my other keys at the dealership and drive over a hour home. He offered to overnight mail them to me. While I offered to pay the cost to mail them, he did it no charge to me. That’s some serious customer service which I’ve never experienced before. Kyrsten in finance was wonderful also. This was my second time working with her, first as a saleswoman, and now in finance. Her personality made the wait to finish the deal a lot of fun. I was glad to know she was still with the dealership, since my first experience with her in sales was awesome. The sales manager Chris has been a part of both my deals, and honestly, is also why I came back. Didn’t take a long drawn out, back and forth multiple offer to come to an agreement. Lucas the finance manager helped in finding a few other things I didn’t want to consider, but was knowledgeable in explaining why I should. I’m the end, I appreciated that. And last but not least, Lora the internet sales manager. Lora and I had some back and forth emails and texts, and she always responded back right away. She has also been a part of both our deals. Pretty transparent pricing from her when I asked, which was nice. Overall, I will drive my butt back to Haselwood again no questions, if I’m in need of another vehicle. Great group of people.
