Austin and Krysten were great. They were friendly, not pushy, and helpful. The other managers were way to aggressive. We almost walked about because of them. But hey, I bought a car. So clearly it works! They gave me a fair price for my car and a fair price for the new one. I’ve never bought a new car before, so I wasn’t prepared for the many thousands of dollars of add-ons they try to sell you after you agree on a price. I guess “price out the door” is just an expression. I’m sure this is all dealers, however. I’ve had great follow up service and am overall quite happy. More

Zach is awesome! Zach is the man. He was very patient with us, listened to our wants, went out of his way to drive to our house to pick up some paperwork and got us in Zach is the man. He took care of us personally when we had trouble with the first car we chose. A serious problem developed with the car shortly after leaving the dealership. The car was stalled on the side of the road in very bad weather. Aaron picked us up, took us back to the dealership and made arrangements for us to travel home to Portland, OR while the car was being evaluated. We subsequently decided that we wanted to buy a different car and Aaron and the dealership accommodated us and made the deal work. We are now the happy owners of a Hyundai Tucson, the perfect fit for us. Thank you Aaron Crawford and Haselwood Volkswagen Hyundai! More

dealer has lost my trust Received a voice message that my 2018 Hyundai was due for service according to service manager. When I look at service manual it says oil etc. every 6,000 miles or 12 months. My car was serviced 4 months ago. So I called them and was told Haselwood recommended every 4 months. To me this is merely a scheme to drive service dept. income. If my dealer cannot follow car manufacturers schedule and instead initiate their own profit making schedule I do not want to deal there any longer. When I bought the car was pressured to buy a package of oil changes to be rolled into purchase price which also supports this scheme. Ever since Haselwood took over from Paar their aggressiveness has been apparent in volume of promotional emails I receive. More
Bait and switch. Came in with a TrueCar quote for specific in-stock VIN that was not honored after verifying it would be via text. New Car Sales team refused to provide a final quote (even when you come in with an e-quote) until you provide SSN and financial info - even if you do not want to finance through them! **Heard Chris Green the Sales Manager openly mocking me from his sales office when I was literally the only customer in the dealership so it was easy to hear!** He then attempted to give me a much higher-price quote with the cliche "my manager is going to yell at me for discounting this, but I don't give a sh--" Only to hand me a quote $1k *above* the price literally listed on the dealer website for the same VIN. To Haselwood's credit, another manager (from separate dealer) called to apologize for this treatment, which was appreciated. However, it doesn't change my experience with Chris or my impression of this particular dealership. Worst car buying experience ever - simply a warning to others. Beware. More
