We worked with Aaron who took us around to test drive all the compact SUVs across their various dealerships (something I highly recommend doing). Decided on the VW Tiguan and Aaron came in the next day (on his day off) to complete the purchase. So far so good. Then the Sales Manager got involved. Suddenly $800 of “accessories” appeared on the paperwork (not on the sticker). After pointing out that we had negotiated the price previously (with a different sales manager) and enduring comments such as “all our customers lie to us” and “ you can afford it”, we did end up purchasing the car at the agreed upon price. I have previously purchased two other new cars from this dealership and had a great experience both times. Not sure what happened this time but maybe just having a bad day? More

Good service, long day at dealership I bought out my lease on a Hyundai Elantra GT at Haselwood. My 3rd Hyundai in 13 years. Good service from Bill W. and Lucas, however the transaction I bought out my lease on a Hyundai Elantra GT at Haselwood. My 3rd Hyundai in 13 years. Good service from Bill W. and Lucas, however the transaction took 7 hours of sitting in the dealership to complete the deal, don't know why. Small problem with running my credit through Experian, I had unlocked this bureau report the week before my transaction but they could not get the report to run. Nonetheless, Lucas found a work around and I am satisfied with my deal. I recommend Haselwood Hyundai in Bremerton, I live in Seattle now but it's worth the drive or ferry ride to deal with these folks. More
