Moonroof, leather seats, power seats and windows, Bluetooth. The negotiating process was painless and so easy compared to what it has been like in years past! The finance guy came down in price immediately and it was fair from the start. He presented several options for down payments and monthly payments and I got to see all the options at once. I was able to choose which option worked best for me, no questions asked. No pressure to put more money down. It was perfect! From start to finish it took about 4 and a half hours. Which was expected. The football game was playing and snacks were available for my son who had to wait with us. Overall my experience was easy and painless. I am very happy. More

Test drive Alantra GT N I went to Hyndai and test drove Honda Civic, Mazda 3 & Elantra GT with Kystein McDougal. Decided I liked the Elantra GT. They gave sales book titled E I went to Hyndai and test drove Honda Civic, Mazda 3 & Elantra GT with Kystein McDougal. Decided I liked the Elantra GT. They gave sales book titled ELantra GT, but it also had ELantra GT N. I called Kystein McDougal on Monday (8-4-19)and said I would like to compare the ELantra GT and the ELantra GT N.She said that they would need to get one in, but it did not sound like it would be a problem. I called and left message on Tuesday and two times Wednesday and once thursday Morning, but did not call back. I enrolled in Costco so got email from Lisa Kay, could not get hold her. Then tried Emily Houston since her name was on the list I got from Costco she said she would get back to me That night I message from Green. I called him Friday and he said he would look into it and to call him about 3pm. I called and he said they could get one in but I would have to pay a non refundable fee (later found out it was $500). I am going to go to Tacoma. I wish they would have said there was a fee on Tuesday rather than wasting the whole week. Ron More
