He was willing to drive us through the lots and point out vehicles that were in her price point and helped her understand the differences in those vehicles. He spoke directly to her and not over her, he joked with her and he built trust with her through his sense of humor. Aaron was understanding to her nerves in driving a strange car in an unfamiliar neighborhood and he was very positive in helping her work through those nerves during that test drive.
