Extremely satisfied! My experience was AMAZING. I was not by any means an easy customer, I switched cars in the middle of paperwork, took a month to even get a valid licen My experience was AMAZING. I was not by any means an easy customer, I switched cars in the middle of paperwork, took a month to even get a valid license , terrible credit, you name it as far as what could possibly make car purchasing the most headache ever and I probably met every criteria. But these guys were nothing but patient with me! Dealt with all my headaches with smiles on their faces always. Was by far nothing like any car dealership experience I’ve ever had and this is my 3rd car purchase. They really treat you like a friend not a profit here and I’m nothing but impressed. Chris, Nate, Luke, Amanda, Deonte, and I’m sure I’m forgetting someone so I apologize but seriously these guys were outstanding. Will definitely be doing all future car purchases with them and recommending anyone in the market every time. Thanks again guys! More

Highly Recommend Haselwood Volkswagen Hyundai My wife and I had a great experience purchasing a 2019 Volkwagen Atlas last week. We visited several times in advance of the purchase. We wanted to se My wife and I had a great experience purchasing a 2019 Volkwagen Atlas last week. We visited several times in advance of the purchase. We wanted to see the car and take it for a test drive as well as compare it to Chevy Traverse and Honda Pilot. As Haselwood is part of the West Hills auto complex they were able to get us both the Traverse and the Pilot for a side by side comparison to the Atlas. In all the visits we never felt pressured. Our sales rep Michael Durant was very friendly. He was new, but didn't hesitate to find out the answers to questions he didn't know the answers to and the other staff were very willing to help him out and us out. When it came to negotiating on the price of the Atlas and the value of our trade-ins I was again pleasantly surprised. We used the USAA/Costco car purchasing methods, so we were given a very good price on the car, plus 3 years of oil changes. As for our trade-ins they gave us what we expected to get based on their Kelly Blue Book valued. I would highly recommend them and will likely be back for our next car if we are looking to purchase a Volkswagen or Hyundai. More
