I started my buying process by going through USAA, which sent notices of interest to three local dealerships. One dealership sent a perfunctory e-mail and never followed up on my response, another made no effort to negotiate and tried to pass off the dealer documentary fee as a "state" fee (against the law, BTW), but Lora truly shined by being responsive, engaging and diligent. Lora and others at the dealership made an extra effort to help after the dealer they were trading cars with (to get the trim level and color I wanted) left them in the lurch, and ended up finding me a vehicle that was just right. Highly recommended. More

The only issue we had was with the detailing. 3 days later the trunk was still wet and it emitted a foul smell. Thank goodness the sun was out and we pulled the trunk mat out and let it dry. More
