One dealership sent a perfunctory e-mail and never followed up on my response, another made no effort to negotiate and tried to pass off the dealer documentary fee as a "state" fee (against the law, BTW), but Lora truly shined by being responsive, engaging and diligent. Lora and others at the dealership made an extra effort to help after the dealer they were trading cars with (to get the trim level and color I wanted) left them in the lurch, and ended up finding me a vehicle that was just right. Highly recommended. More
