The only place they could improve is with regard to timing inaccuracies. Let me explain - I was initially told that this car was not on the lot and would arrive in 2-3 days. On day three I still had not heard anything so I called to checkin, and was told another 2-3 days. On day three I received a call that said it would be here “soon.” In total, I waited two weeks to see this car. Fortunately I ended up purchasing this car, but I felt strung along in the process. The bright star in all of this was Edwin though! He was the man I worked with when the car finally arrived and he was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful with some non-negotiables I had.
