The car was delivered clean with exception of the interior window glass which was badly smeered and seemed to have been cleaned hastily. She was friendly, professional and approachable. Brandon Mayfield could have been more transparent about the various Roadvantage, Perma Plate, etc. add ons. I never felt clear whether the vehicle already had some of these installed, and the pricing was not clear at all. I ended up cancelling the Roadvantage within the 30 day window. I would have liked to have clear and concise written materials describing each of these things in advance so that I could make a more informed decision. More

Unexpectedly drama free and painless As a Vet, I was hesitant to visit a dealership in a military town after playing so many games before with shady dealers. I couldn't be more wrong aft As a Vet, I was hesitant to visit a dealership in a military town after playing so many games before with shady dealers. I couldn't be more wrong after dealing with VW Bremerton and specifically Chris as my sales guy. From walking on the lot, initial inspection of the vehicle, and the test drive, I encountered NO DRAMA, no price bickering, no "I have to talk to my manager" back and forth for the next hour or so. Clean cut, get in, honesty, get it done, drive home. I wish more car dealers were more like this. My only gripe is that I wish hadn't dealt with dealers less than these guys before. I hope their service department is as good, but time will tell. More
