My actual pleasant new vehicle purchase. My research visit to Haselwood Volkswagen Hundai and a drudge-like duty turned into a light and pleasant experience with a purchase at the end. My initial contact was with Lora through the internet but I was met by a gentleman who appeared to be waiting for me and addressed me by name. He introduced me to Lora and the 3 of us went over what we wanted to achieve in my visit. I was clear that I was researching and wanted to try out many vehicles with specific parameters. My sales partner, Jason, was clear about the vehicles he thought would be worth my inspection and we got started. Jason was great in explaining working details and showing how the interface worked with Bluetooth and my Android, establishing my connection even though it appeared that he would be doing that at least a few times in as many cars. He directed me to some real good road and curve examples to show the vehicle performance, wrapping it up with pointing out the next car. But I was sold. The rest of the purchase went smooth and quick, ending with taking my picture in front of the car before I took it home. More
