Purchased a new 2017 Golf Sportwagen I have been coming to Haselwood for VW service on my 2011 Jetta for 5 years. I always liked the service management and decided to buy new at Haselwoo I have been coming to Haselwood for VW service on my 2011 Jetta for 5 years. I always liked the service management and decided to buy new at Haselwood after turning the TDI Jetta in under the buyback program. Brooke first contacted me based upon an internet inquiry and Luke was assigned to work with me once I came to the dealership. Luke patiently worked with me during a test drive, answered every question thoroughly and made that first contact a pleasure. Even though I was not ready to buy, I did get a good chance to appreciate the vehicle we drove. My wife and I returned later that afternoon for some more review and Luke was there to help again. Despite preferring a different color everything else was a go, so we talked numbers for awhile. Luke did not participate in the negotiating end of things. He took our offers and brought back the counteroffers from sales management and essentially remained neutral. Overall Haselwood bent over backwards to come to the price that we could accept. We couldn't refuse! Every step of the way was made as easy and comfortable as possible. Luke gets a 10! More
