Zamora was my service advisor. She was great. Went for oil change on 01 September 2023 at 3pm. Service was fast and efficient. No issues with Zamora or maintenance performance. She was great. Reason I took off 1 star, not all of the staff is friendly or attentive. I pulled my car up to the service bay, only to be stared at by the staff with a blank stare like I was in the wrong place. Zamora was busy with another customer, but she fixed the situation as soon as she saw me, greeted and logged in my visit in the computer system. I travel from near Seattle to get service from Haselwood in Bremerton. It's a 70-90 minute drive. I stuck with Haselwood bc of their flexibility in offering appointments. $299 maintenance pack of 4 is a good deal. Hope to give 5 stars in the future. More
