Door handle (passenger) of my brand-new car broken by salesman. Took it to Haselwood for warranty repair. Service writer Laurie Mellick ordered ice-cube sized plastic part needed to repair. Heard NOTHING for a week. Dropped in and found that part was in hand, but needed painting. After a SECOND week, with NO contact, received a nonsense text message. Called for explanation. Was told that part had STILL not been painted.
I sell books for a living. I have also been a U.S. Navr Supply Corps officer, responsible for feeding a ship’s crew, paying them,& ensuring that they had enough toilet paper to get through 105 day submarine patrol. I KNOW what good customer service is—-and is NOT. MY customers receive timely communication & prompt service.
