Everyone was incredible helpful when I brought my car in for service and learned that I was sold a lemon (from a different dealership). They helped me come up with a plan and I walked away with a wonder new (to me) car. Thank you so much for being understanding and showing compassion.

I was in for service today. And while I was waiting for my vehicle to be serviced, I spoke with Alex in sales. I drive a 2016 Jetta currently. But I was so impressed with Alex's knowledge of the newly designed Tiquan and the new Atlas, that when I am in the market, I will not hesitate to purchase my new car from him. In fact, I know someone who is interested in one of these vehicles. So I took Alex's business card. And I will give it to this person I know!

"Lack of Communication-The Epitome Of Customer NON-Servuce"

Door handle (passenger) of my brand-new car broken by salesman. Took it to Haselwood for warranty repair. Service writer Laurie Mellick ordered ice-cube sized plastic part needed to repair. Heard NOTHING for a week. Dropped in and found that part was in hand, but needed painting. After a SECOND week, with NO contact, received a nonsense text message. Called for explanation. Was told that part had STILL not been painted. I sell books for a living. I have also been a U.S. Navr Supply Corps officer, responsible for feeding a ship’s crew, paying them,& ensuring that they had enough toilet paper to get through 105 day submarine patrol. I KNOW what good customer service is—-and is NOT. MY customers receive timely communication & prompt service. These people have no business even BEING in business.

"Zero pressure and easy to work with. "

We went it to get follow up service on our transmission issues. We bought our jetta and our service plan from a 3rd party and this dealership was working on our behalf. Our hands were tied to our contract and they were not very understanding. This service department went beyond to help us out.. Service manager Kilie was great in helping us out.. So we went in and long story short we traded in our 96 jetta and bought a 14 jetta. And I believe we got a fair deal with a full service warranty.. Our sales associate Kyrsten was very helpful and showed us about 6 cars in poring down rain. Happy to be a part of their new family..

"Service and After Sales"

I brought my Hyundai Tucson in for routine service. Laurie in the Service Department is very friendly and knowledgeable. While waiting for my vehicle, both Edwin and Alex greeted me, asked about how I like the car and if I had any questions. I felt like they genuinely cared about my experience at the dealership. I won't go anywhere else for service and when the time comes, I will purchase my next vehicle from Haselwood Hyundai.

"Above and beyond "

I came in for an oil change and to ask for the loose pan under the car be reaffixed. It turns out the pan was beyond repair. But my technician happened to remember that a usable part from an otherwise unusable wreck was on hand and installed it at no extra charge. I have been bringing my 2001 Jetta to Haselwood VWH since I purchased the car there. Everyone is friendly, thorough and proficient at their craft.
