A frustrating 2 months Ive had to get my car towed here 4 times now in the last 2 months. all because my car would stop starting. Turns out I got a bad part the first time i Ive had to get my car towed here 4 times now in the last 2 months. all because my car would stop starting. Turns out I got a bad part the first time i went in. which means what they "fixed" the other times were xxxxxxxx. now i'm 1800 dollars deep on what should have been a 700-800$ fix. Plus trying to get anyone on the phone has been a hassle. Gary would always say he would call me back in "just a few minutes" or "less then 15 min" and I would have to call back hours later or the next day. But I guess he gets that from his boss, Linda, who also has been having trouble returning my calls. I'm still waiting for my car to be finished, and I have no idea what is even going on now. Monday Linda was supposed to call me back. Tuesday I called and she said she will get the information and call me back after lunch time. Now it's very early Wednesday morning and I'm waiting for them to open to try calling Linda again. Maybe she will have some new for me. More
