Dale, we've consistently provided excellent assistance throughout the entire process, and Michael has been actively supporting you. Please understand that we're closed on Sunday and we were closed on this Monday as well due to a national holiday ( The New Year), which is why there was no response during that time. Google is live and up-to-date when it comes to our holiday hours (also our phone lines) While we respect your decision to give us a one-star review, we value your feedback. My unanswered email was from Friday, January 5th, 2024......my unanswered telephone message was from Saturday, January 6th, 2024!!! Both dates were neither on a Sunday when you would have been closed or on the Monday that was our national holiday (The New Year) when you would have also been closed. The statement that Michael has been actively supporting me.........I appreciate the approximately 15 minutes that he spent with me from introducing himself, showing me two cars and then walking me to my car. If that is what Haus of Imports believes is active support......those 15 minutes certainly does not constitute "consistently provided excellent assistance throughout the entire process".

Those 15 minutes spent at the Haus of Imports on Monday 1/8/24 was the extent of my entire process at your dealership!!!!! And, given your response to my review, I am certainly confident that my decision to never return to Haus of Imports is a wise decision.

Regarding the check engine light you mentioned, we cannot confirm its status at this time. However, it's essential to note that we offer a complimentary 3-month, 3,000-mile warranty with all our vehicle purchases. This warranty ensures that you have coverage regardless of the situation when you buy a car from us. Furthermore, we take great pride in standing by the quality of every car we sell. We want to emphasize that if you had engaged in this transaction with another provider, it may not have been as straightforward to facilitate a return as we have made it for you. Wow! You have the audacity to say there was no expense on my part. I wanted to return the car immediately due to your deception, but you insisted that I take it into a shop for evaluation and diagnostic. I requested (through text message and sending over invoice) to be reimbursed the $431.00 but was ignored. This is for problems right off of the transportation truck! In addition, almost 2 months of unnecessary car insurance, vin verification costs, car payment (about to be 2 payments) and taking time off of work to have the car evaluated. The shop also told me that the code had been cleared over 200 times. Also, there was about a 140-mile odometer difference between listing pictures and when the car arrived to me so it's hard to believe that these problems were not noticed. As far as this being a straightforward return process, I've called and texted multiple times to get this resolved, but the process has been slow walked the entire way. In fact, it's still that way because both times I've called my finance company they said that they haven't received any paperwork from you regarding the refund. Reading the negative reviews on other review sites shows very similar trends unfortunately. I just wish I would have seen them sooner. Just like the song says, "If your lips are moving......"
