I'm pretty sure we got scammed. They have one price online, but when we got there they said we had to pay an extra $2,995 to buy the car and wouldn't sell it without that fee. We They have one price online, but when we got there they said we had to pay an extra $2,995 to buy the car and wouldn't sell it without that fee. We later learned that Federal Trade Commission requires dealers to include mandatory fees in the ad price. It's difficult to recover your money after completed purchase, but I still reported them to the FTC and NJ Division of Consumer Affairs. If this happens to you, don't buy the car! Report it to the FTC. They fined other dealers over deceptive pricing, and I hope they do the same here. Mandatory fees shouldn't be added to the advertised price. More
By far the absolute worst dealer ever. sold us a vehicle with slashed back tires, said pics did not show tires that way, I found pics that did show tires slashed, we had to pay $675 for tw sold us a vehicle with slashed back tires, said pics did not show tires that way, I found pics that did show tires slashed, we had to pay $675 for two tires dealer only agreed to pay $300 when should have paid all for it considering they charged us $3000.00 they tact on to the sale that they say was to make sure the car was 80% driveable. Slashed tires are not safe by any percent. The title department is not even a title department. They send the paperwork to a 3rd party who then sends that paperwork to another 3rd party who has no idea what is going on with this company. everyone I talked to puts the blame on another person. I would never buy a car here again nor do I recommend you buy a car here. More
