My car was in the collison center for 6 months. When i got my car back the work wasnt even done correctly. I Was supposed to get a whole new exhaust system they did not replace it instead they put a bolt got my car back the work wasnt even done correctly. I Was supposed to get a whole new exhaust system they did not replace it instead they put a bolt on muffler tip that looks like it came from AutoZone. Body work was not done correctly the new hood has pit marks in it. The paint job on the rear bumper is orange peeled. Very dissapointed with this service all around. Expected much more quality work from a cadillac dealership. Especially after them having my car for 6 months. More

11/18/2020 Contract dispute that Tim Thorn won’t hold 11/18/2020 Contract dispute that Tim Thorn won’t hold up too, nor honor or process with the finance company after having the vehicle for 3 weeks 11/18/2020 Contract dispute that Tim Thorn won’t hold up too, nor honor or process with the finance company after having the vehicle for 3 weeks. The sales manager named Tim Thorn said, it was because of the mileage they gave us, which was 10,000, and they wanted to change it to 12,000, I asked him to submit it in writing so I could have my lawyer look over the contract, he said no, we must come in the facility to take care of it. I said no I wanted to leave it at 10,000 miles but he would no stand for that. From that point on , they keep calling me back to back, the sales lady, finance guy and the GM. They were calling so many times from different numbers. They left messages at times. They came to my house demanding keys and the truck. Then they decided to come to my job on Saturday October 10th,2020, demanding that I give them the keys and turn over the vehicle or else they would call the police and report the vehicle stolen and call on star to turn off the car. Two guys from Hawk Cadillac ( Abri Credit Union) on 10/10/2020 around 11:00 am, co-workers were present. The gentlemen said to me we are here to pick up the vehicle, I said to the no, I can’t release the vehicle to you because I have a contract with you all. I asked them, would they give me time to inform my lawyer to look over the contract. They said no, they boss ( Tim Thorn) said take the vehicle. The one guy said the next step that Tim told them was, to have the vehicle toll and bring it back to Hawk. I didn’t believe them so, I walked back to my work station. A few minutes later my co-workers informed me the Hawk guys had blocked my vehicle in. I asked my boss, can I be excused for a while and leave the building, she said yes. I went outside and they had me completely blocked in. I decided after being in the vehicle for a while that they were not going to move, one of the guys got out a took a picture of me in the car. I decided to just try and go over the hump embankment and drive through the grass on the property. They began to follow me going toward home. I was so nervous and scared I almost had an accident. I was weaving in and out of traffic trying to dodge them, I finally lost them and continued to head home. Once home , I placed the truck into the garage and tried to calm down to return to work. Everyone began to ask what happen ( How embarrassing) in the mean time my nerves were so bad, it was hard to work. While at work my husband called me and said the finance guy David, asked why did I run away, all they wanted from me was to come down and re-sign the contract. They said they were going to call the police and cut off the car by on star. REALLY ALL BECAUSE IF THE MILES? This seems like a real nightmare. Hawk is still calling my job as well as my cell phone over and coming to my home. I will not be doing business with a company that harassed me the way they did. My family has always purchased vehicles there and never had we experienced this problem before. More
The work I had done was excellent. My navigation still can’t be mixed due to a software screw up at Cadillac. This will be my last Cadillac. I’ve gotten a new one every 3 years since 1985.
