Do NOT recommend! Just absolutely awful customer service. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment. When I went to check in, the man behind the desk told me tha Just absolutely awful customer service. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment. When I went to check in, the man behind the desk told me that they had no one there to look at my truck. What's the purpose of making an appointment? If they had no one there to look at a vehicle for my specific issue, then why didn't someone contact me ahead of time to let me know? "Oh, well we don't see it when someone makes an appointment online." Really? That seems like a sound business practice? So they have no clue until someone shows up why we are bringing our vehicles in for service? I asked him how can I know when to make an appointment when someone will be there to look at my vehicle and he said "I don't have an answer.” What a joke! More

Rocco was rude. I told him the car I wanted with the features I wanted would be difficult to find. After he showed me a couple cars with each one missing features I I told him the car I wanted with the features I wanted would be difficult to find. After he showed me a couple cars with each one missing features I had told him I wanted he accused me of adding things on and that the car I wanted for the price I wanted I wouldn't find. I came knowing I might have to go up in price ,but he didn't even offer me anything to see if I might. He walked out of the office and left me sitting there. I realized he was done so I got up and walked out as he talked about me to the other salesmen. I did appreciate Brian texting me shortly after asking me that if he found the car I wanted would I come back. I said I would but I would not deal with Rocco. Brian found the perfect car and Aaron was the nicest salesman. They saved the day and I couldn't be more thankful for them going out of their way to find me the perfect car. More
