I haven’t been to the dealership for maintenance in quite a long and now I remember why. First off, when I pulled up, no one approached me to tell me where to go or where to park. There were however, three employees standing around and talking. After I looked around confused, one of them finally told me to go inside. Next, I had an appointment at 3 for an oil change. It took them until 4:30 to finish. The guy didn’t even come out to tell me my car was ready. After waiting an hour and a half, I was becoming frustrated so I approached him. As I entered the section where I pay, I saw my car sitting in the ‘I’m done’ section. I’m not sure what the guy was waiting for. I had other things to do that day. Around 3:45, the guy came out to suggest additional maintenance and said it’ll be another 5 or 10 minutes, but as you can see, I was there another 45 minutes. I didn’t realize an oil change took so long. I’ll be going elsewhere for my repairs in the future. The only reason I went was because I had a pretty good coupon. Then when I got back into my car, the plastic was still on the seat, the dirty foot mat was on the floor, the numbered sign was still on my rear view mirror. What do I look like? The garbage person? Why didn’t the people throw these things out? I brought my car in clean, I expected it to be clean when I left. More

Work I brought vehicle in for was completed. My vehicle still had a check engine code. Asked for an estimate to repair this issue 3 times and never got one. P0191 fuel rail pressure.. Got called back .was told that they could change sensor but may not resolve issue . So I asked again can I get an estimate to resolve this code while m truck is there. Was told your truck ready will you be coming for it today. So when I picked it up I asked that person Do you think someone can get me an estimate to repair this code.
