Hello Mr Bill Webb, I dont knwo why you gave me your number if you are not going to answer calls or return my voicemails. I have called you more then 5+ times with in the last month. I have yet to receive any call backs or responses. 1) your tech didnt put screes back on sides and bottom of bumper. He didnt even call back regarding this since he clearly would have noticed having screws and the car being taken home. 2) his diagnosis of onboard charger was wrong as we had two separate working chargers installed and both were programmed and did not solve the problem. The charger even charged the car fully once amd then went back to giving the same code p0AF8. I have spend hundreds of dollars on your techs wrong diagnosis. 3) My air damper is dragging on the floor and the bottom and sides of my bumper are not secure. Please dont give a number which you will not answer or care to check the voicemails.
