I was welcomed right away and helped very quickley the salesman Tom was very helpful and friendly,I felt like I was among friends, we laughed and told stories I was at ease the entire time. I have purchased 6 straight vehicles from Bill Jacobs Chevrolet in Joliet, starting in 1986. All the experiences have been pleasurable, but the most recent one on Dec. 20, 2011 was very special. They t Chevrolet in Joliet, starting in 1986. All the experiences have been pleasurable, but the most recent one on Dec. 20, 2011 was very special. They treat you like family at this dealership. They respect what you are saying, listen to you and give a very fair price and excellent followup services. My salesperson, Jonathan Forkal, even though only in his 20's, showed professionalism and friendliness beyond his years in the business. The two sales managers I talked with, Joseph Fosco and Gregory Cantu both demonstrated a genuine interest in what I had to say and put forth by far the best price and trade-in deal. I live less than a mile from a competing dealership, but have never been able to complete a deal because they play games, show little or no respect and treat you like a number and a dollar sign. Bill Jacobs Chevrolet is completely the opposite. I have had experience with their service department also, with the same positive outcome. I fully endorse Bill Jacobs Chevrolet in Joliet if you are interested in a fair deal and top notch treatment. As far as I am concerened, they are the standard in the industry that all others are trying to reach. Richard Hodur More
