Very poor customer service. Was not offered a loaner since my car was going to be there a while. Was told car would be ready Wednesday, dealership has already had it for 5 days Was not offered a loaner since my car was going to be there a while. Was told car would be ready Wednesday, dealership has already had it for 5 days. When I called to confirm was told need to keep one more day. When I picked the car up the next day, I was told that my bill was going to be double because of all the labor hours worked. First no one contacted me that the price I was quoted was going to change, or ask if I authorize the work to be done. Second the labor hours were 119. Which doesn’t work out, to be charged that many hours. The tech would have had to work 5 24 hour shift straight, and I know that is not plausible. And finally as I’m driving home I feel the car pulling strong to the left. So I don’t know how they manage to mess up my alignment when the work was to replace a thermostat and a torque converter. More
