Excellent buying experience I need to preface this review by saying in my past I have had some of the WORST car experiences with dealers. I keep hoping they get better and they I need to preface this review by saying in my past I have had some of the WORST car experiences with dealers. I keep hoping they get better and they almost never do. Thus, going into Hawk Dodge, I was very wary. I emailed Chris Kaliakmanis that I wanted to test drive a new 2015 Challenger that night. First thing I noticed when I arrived...the car was parked right outside the front door. Contrast this with another dealer who made me drive to a lot 3 miles away to see the car. Also, I dealt with Chris directly, not handed off to some salesperson I had never talked to about the car, as was the case at the other dealer. Chris was friendly and knowledgeable, not overselling or overhyping the car, but giving me information that was relevant to my drive. After the drive, Chris was never pushy but just talked about numbers and my trade-in valuation. Initially, my intent was to leave and do some more research with bank info, but he did his job and met the loan rate I had seen online, plus gave me a reasonable trade-in value. We did the deal that night. His finance guy, Angel, was also very friendly and efficient. One of the things I have always hated about buying a car was how long it took to get everything done. From test drive to final drive off the lot...my whole time there was just over 2 hours. They always made me feel comfortable and appreciated. I now have a gorgeous car that I wanted and one of the best buying experiences by far I have ever had. Do yourself a favor and check them out. I would recommend Chris and this dealership every time. More

Great car buying experience !! I have dealt with Mark in the service dept. on a few occasions. He is THE most honest and nicest car service advisors I had ever met. Visiting the service dept. was actually enjoyable. When I decided it was time for a new car, I went straight to Mark and he referred me to Heather L. She is an AMAZING salesperson. She is also very knowledgeable with all the cars. She worked her magic and got me in a new car that I LOVE !! More

He was patient with my wife while she picked out what she wanted (she's very picky!) once we found the right car Chris went above and beyond to close the deal for us. we never felt pressured or like we were being had. he was upfront and honest about the entire process.... lets be real an honest car salesman is a rare breed. nonetheless Chris gave it to use straight and in the end my wife drive off the lot in a car she loves at a price I can live with. My wife loves her new 2014 Dodge Dart!!! ask for Chris. K and he will hook you up! More

Unprofessional Service, Work never done on time Absolutely the WORST service department we've ever come across...for any product. Anywhere. We had some issues with the Jeep we bought there. A repair or even diagnosis has NEVER been completed on time. Once, it took more than 45 minutes bouncing from on hold to on hold ...just to find out when out vehicle to be done. The dealership general manager "Sammy" even said he would take care of us since the service department did such a terrible job. And then HE completely botched it, again not having a repair as simple as replacing badges completed when promised, THREE TIMES. We even left our vehicle with them over a week vacation. That means there's not even anyone higher to complain to! Again, in a bind with a check engine light and heading out on a trip, we set an appointment for 6:30 pm Wednesday. It's now 6:30 pm on Thursday and it's "up on a lift" with no word even on what's wrong. xxx make an appontment then? That surely means it will be fixed in time for our trip on Friday, right? Idiots.
