We bought a vehicle here from Joe Cotton Ford and were promised free oil changes for life and now that Hawk took it over they will not honor it. I was thinking about trading it in for a new one but now wi promised free oil changes for life and now that Hawk took it over they will not honor it. I was thinking about trading it in for a new one but now will not be buying any more Ford vehicles. Hopefully they lose a lot of customers. Not good business practice! More
