The Broken Exhaust Stud and Sensor. They broke the stud. And told me now has to be replace. BUT : I told them To call me if price goes up .... Got one phone call And I have been calling them there after. So I got rip OFF $1000.00 I thank. And Now I got more work to do Where Do I go For this work ? I know if Joe Cotton Was there This Would never Happen..... But Will I take my car back ? NO !!!!! More
Made an appointment for a recall, and car was ready and washed on time. I decided to give them a shot on some service's I needed on the same vehicle and low and behold they were lower priced than Goodyear washed on time. I decided to give them a shot on some service's I needed on the same vehicle and low and behold they were lower priced than Goodyear where I was taking my car plus I got all new Ford parts. I feel that Joe Cotton Ford is my new home for all my service needs. Friendless is what keeps me coming back. More

We purchased pre-owned car. Mr. Draus and his manager were very polite and PATIENT! We got the deal we were asking for. Next day we called for a minor repair. Mr Draus set an appointment with mechanic an were very polite and PATIENT! We got the deal we were asking for. Next day we called for a minor repair. The dealership has been in our neighborhood since I was a kid. My dad bought all our (pre-owned) trucks from them. I bought a used Ford Ranger truck from Joe Cotton and Roman the sales person was very helpful not pushy just discussed what options I might have.... since then I've not had one problem with the truck but Roman the sales person was very helpful not pushy just discussed what options I might have.... since then I've not had one problem with the truck but have taken it into Joe Cotton for oil changes (they gave me a card so I get free oil changes)... They done the work punctually and never tried to do unnecessary work.... The only disadvantage is they do not have evening hours.... Overall I think you will find this dealership professional and friendly. More
