My car was damaged on the dealer's site and Hawk od Carol Stream Director manager accepted only partial liability and told me to take him to court and asked me to write his name correctly 'Jaime Benck' so th Stream Director manager accepted only partial liability and told me to take him to court and asked me to write his name correctly 'Jaime Benck' so the court subpoena will be send correctly to him. The part costs $495 and Jaime only accepted to pay half the cost. I told him to compare the damage to the video taken previously by the dealer's porter when he picked up my car from my driveway and he said the damage was not clear on this video and he refused to send me the video and said it would cost me more money to hire a lawyer to sue him and get the video. I told him it's not the money rather than a principal, he replied by saying 'That's what everyone else is saying'. I never treated this way before and never experienced such a poor customer service. When they picked up my car on Monday February 19th at 12 noon. I expected my car to be fixed and back on the same day. They kept my car at their place overnight without any advanced notice. I called at 6:30pm to find out the service department was closed and I could not get an update. I missed work the second day and my son took Uber in order to get to school on the next morning. I called them on the next morning to get an update with no avail, they had no clue where my car is and that they will find out and get back to me. Before my wife picked up the car, the service technician said he will give us 2 free packages for the trouble we went through, but after we discovered that the car was damaged at the dealer's place, they never gave us anything. I believe we were mistreated by the dealer's service director due to an implicit discrimination since he viewed my wife's name from her Insurance card and determined her ethnic group. I am planning to escalate this further and open a claim at the Better Business Bureau and seek a lawyer advice. I also contacted Ford customer relations and opened a new claim. More
I love the new mobile service. I spoke with Chris on the phone and he knew exactly what my vehicle needed and the best way to fix it. We bought a vehicle here from Joe Cotton Ford and were promised free oil changes for life and now that Hawk took it over they will not honor it. I was thinking about trading it in for a new one but now wi promised free oil changes for life and now that Hawk took it over they will not honor it. I was thinking about trading it in for a new one but now will not be buying any more Ford vehicles. Hopefully they lose a lot of customers. Not good business practice! More

I had a recall notice and needed routine maintenance done. I made an appointment and dropped off the car early. It was done within 3 hours AND they washed it. This dealer sold me a brand new 2021 Ford Explorer Limited a year ago. I brought the vehicle in several times to correct a huge problem with wind noise coming from both front seat windows. The dealer told me that their hands were tied and that Ford Corporate was aware of the problem and I would be contacted when a fix came out. Every time I call this dealer they tell me no word yet from Ford. They simply don't care. I am currently working on selling my Ford Explorer because that how upset I am with this vehicle. Let's me be perfectly clear here and assure you the wind noise is really loud. I have friend who have purchased similar SUV's but for far less expensive car manufactures that do not have this ridiculous wind nose issue. More

I arrived 5 minutes late which is on me but I don't think 5 minutes should have erased my appointment time. Nothing was said about me being 5 minutes late as I had to wait about 7 to 8 minutes before a service advisor had time to talk to me. I went to their lounge to wait and I waited nearly 2 hours! An oil change took 2 hours! I realize they were busy but 2 hours? I have taken my autos to Joe Cotton Ford for years and this seems to be the norm. I naively thought by making an appointment I would get in and out of there quickly. I guess I was mistaken. More
Needed my battery checked and made an appointment at Joe Cotton. I dropped the car off with no problem. They not only checked the battery, they ran a multi-hour drain and recharge to test it more thorough Cotton. I dropped the car off with no problem. They not only checked the battery, they ran a multi-hour drain and recharge to test it more thoroughly. They then did a complementary charging system test. All of this at no charge. I was very appreciative. More
