When I received a courtesy text message from Justin, I responded to the text and complained about the size of the loner vehicle they gave me. He never responded back to me. On the positive end, the vehicle was in perfect shape when I picked it up and the glass coating really looked sharp. So, I give you guys an A on quality and a C on customer service. More
