It was late and we needed to get a car for my wife. I had already locked in two vehicles on the inter web and when got there she fell in love with the Cool Gray Khaki Crosstrek. I don't remember the name of the finance gentleman and his signature didn't really give me a clue, but he was also very friendly, knowledgeable. Since I leased I will be back here in three years and looking forward to it. Brittany was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in explaining all the new technical features.She was also very personable and friendly and I won't be afraid to come back if I forget some of what was explained. She never made me feel like intimidated by all this new stuff!! More
