Very easy and was nice to drive inside The process was easy, great to drive right inside, especially in bad weather. The service guy was very friendly and easy to work with. My only suggestion would be to let people know while on the phone or in email that you can pull up to the glass garage door and someone will open to let you in. I parked and wasn’t sure if I should pull up to the the Door, I eventually pulled up to door and was getting out of my car to walk in when the door opened, then asked if I should pull in. The setup was great, but a sign or communication would help More

Our car buying experience was great! Hawk Subaru went out of their way to satisfy us as customers. They answered all our concerns, and when they didn't have the exact car we wanted in st Hawk Subaru went out of their way to satisfy us as customers. Even though I was with my husband, Dave knew the car was to be mine and didn't talk down to me--something many of us remember from the bad old days of car buying.
