New Location Recently had my car in for service at the new Subaru location and noticed the following. Short handed but good service from the advisors. Hand towels overflowing and on the floor in the men's washroom. While they offer popcorn it was pretty much gone and not refilled while I was there. The lighting in the wating area was too bright for my eyes. Yes, these are nit picky things and just my obsevations. Service was good and I'll be back. More

Did not have loaner as promised and confirmed. Scheduled and confirmed service appt. and loaner. When I showed up on-time for 8 am appt., was informed no loaner was available for the day. So, got Scheduled and confirmed service appt. and loaner. When I showed up on-time for 8 am appt., was informed no loaner was available for the day. So, got a ride home from dealer and cancelled my scheduled personal plans for the day. Over an hour later, after I left a text message to the salesperson, the dealer let me know that they now magically had a loaner. So, I had to reschedule some of the apps. I cancelled for the second time. Very unhappy with this inconvenience, especially since the use of a loaner for the day was confirmed several times. This was my first experience with Subaru Service, and I was not pleased. More

Minor body job I have a 7-month old Subaru Legacy and have been a bit unlucky, having to get two minor bodywork repairs done - firstly from thrown up stones hitting I have a 7-month old Subaru Legacy and have been a bit unlucky, having to get two minor bodywork repairs done - firstly from thrown up stones hitting the car, and more recently, someone hitting the car with their own car door. I was very impressed by the superb workmanship after the first incident, making it an easy choice to use Hawk for the second job. Just like before, the quality of work was outstanding. My car has a red pearl color which one would assume may be difficult to match precisely. On both occasions the paint job was faultless. This body repair shop simply does a great job and I highly recommend them. More
