I was able to make an appointment to have my car serviced, the work was completed with no problems, and completed earlier than I anticipated. A new radio was installed in my car, and I was having trouble getting XM radio to synch up with my new radio. I spent over an hour with several different XM radio service representatives trying to get their service synched up with the newly installed radio to no avail. I told Justin about my problem, and he and one of the service technicians solved the problem in ten minutes. More

OK but??? The service was great but the facility wasnt. Not enough space to wait. People were standing and couldnt sit. Went above and beyond go find our vehicle Subaru overall made it difficult to shop for new Forrester when so few were on dealer lots. Despite this challenge, we did have a good experience at Subaru overall made it difficult to shop for new Forrester when so few were on dealer lots. Despite this challenge, we did have a good experience at this dealership. They found the car we wanted and picked it up 6 hours away. While I wasn’t thrilled with the mileage that it put on the car, I absolutely appreciated the effort. I say “they” as they really worked as a team. No concerns on who got commission, but clearly put customers first. More
