I was able to make an appointmen The service department and Justin Kielma went out of their way to make sure my service experience was a pleasant one. I was able to make an appointment to have my car serviced, the work was completed with no problems, and completed earlier than I anticipated. A new radio was installed in my car, and I was having trouble getting XM radio to synch up with my new radio. I spent over an hour with several different XM radio service representatives trying to get their service synched up with the newly installed radio to no avail. I told Justin about my problem, and he and one of the service technicians solved the problem in ten minutes. More
