Car recall best service!! I was scheduled for a recall appointment @ another dealer in 4 weeks. Went with my daughter-in-law's to eat while her car was being serviced. Picking I was scheduled for a recall appointment @ another dealer in 4 weeks. Went with my daughter-in-law's to eat while her car was being serviced. Picking her car up afterwards after her recall appointment I mentioned how my car was due for another type of recall. The new guy working there said he could check to see if they could get my car in sooner than the other dealer. Possibility of tomorrow. They were able to do It right then at that time that day! I couldn't belive it!! It took less time then the other, Orland Park dealer said too. They were talking about keeping my car overnight. Hawk service department did it in only a couple of hours. I thought I had to go were I bought the car for the recall. I wasn't happy with the service department in Orland Park before so I started taking it Hawk dealer for about almost 2 years. The service is way better here. Your staff are more helpful and friendly. I will definitely go here from now on. My son's wife was very happy with the service & staff too. Good service helped me when we were buying my 2nd car previously. I only need one car now. This is my first Subaru!! Love it!!Donna M More

1st Service on my New Car I brought in my Crosstrek for the first oil change and tire rotation. The staff welcomed me and confirmed the reasons for my visit. I was promptly shown to the lounge area which was quite comfortable. To my surprise, the service was performed in about one hour which was less time than I anticipated. I checked out (first oil change free!), my car was washed and I was on my way. The service staff was very professional and efficient. Overall very pleasant experience! More
